Our School lunches are cooked on-site in the Junior school kitchen and served to the children in the school halls.
Our menus are devised by Trafford and follow a 4-week rolling programme.
School Lunch Menus
A meal for each day is selected by parents/children in advance through a platform called School Grid. Parents will be given a login to this when their child starts school. If your child has any allergies or dietary requirements please add these to your child's profile on School Grid as well as informing school.
We request that parents select their child’s/children’s meals in advance. If no meal has been selected a jacket potato with beans and fruit will be automatically added so that your child has something to eat. Any issues with School Grid or late meal bookings can be directed to either School Office or by email to admin@urmstonprimaryschool.com
Food Hygiene Rating
Our school kitchen in the Junior Department and scullery in the Infant Department are regularly inspected by Trafford Local Authority and rated 5.
